VERTICAL TRANSFER (DGS) ADDITIONAL QUOTA STUDENT REGISTRATION GUIDE

Those who will register to our university in the 2024-2025 Academic Year according to DGS Additional Placement will be able to register electronically through the "e-Government" portal from Monday, November 11, 2024 until 23:59 on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Our students who cannot register electronically will be able to register by personally applying to the relevant units of our University from Monday, November 11, 2024 until 17:00 on Friday, November 15, 2024.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

a) The original diploma or temporary graduation certificate from the school the candidate graduated from (The original high school diploma will also be requested.)
b) Original transcript (document showing weighted course grades),
c) Course contents,(approved)

Candidates must apply to the military branches for their problems related to military service, and to the Higher Education Credit and Hostels Institution Directorate for detailed information on credit and dormitories.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR REGISTRATION

a) Candidates must apply in person for registration. (Except candidates who register e-register)
b) Uncertified copies or photocopies of the documents requested for registration will not be accepted. However, a copy approved by the University will be accepted provided that the original is brought.
c) If documents are missing, registration will not be made.
ç) Candidates who do not register within the specified dates cannot claim any rights.
d) Universities are authorized to take the necessary legal action against candidates who register by making false declarations.
