SCOPE

Applications are made in accordance with the provisions of the “Additional Article 1 of the Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs, Double Majors, Minors and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions”.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS AND APPLICATION PROCESS

A- QUOTA

For the Fall Semester; a quota of 30% of the student quota foreseen in the Student Selection and Placement System Guidelines has been allocated for each class of each diploma program of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, including the preparatory class.

For the Spring Semester; a quota of 20% of the student quota foreseen in the Student Selection and Placement System Guidelines has been allocated for each class of each diploma program of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, including the preparatory class.

B- CONDITIONS

Applications and evaluations are made within the scope of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer". In addition, the principles stipulated by the Council of Higher Education for Additional Article 1 are applied (Annex-1)..

C- REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

a) Applications are made by petition to the relevant Faculty/Conservatory/College/Vocational School.
b) Approved Transcript: An official document showing all courses taken by the applicant student from the institution he/she will leave, the grades he/she received from these courses, and his/her overall grade point average.
c) Approved course contents (To be obtained from the higher education institution where the student is studying.)
d) Document showing that he/she has not received any disciplinary punishment.
e) ÖSYS Result Document
f) Document showing that the program applied for meets the application requirements in the ÖSYS Guide (Guide Requirements: See 11 for the Faculty of Pharmacy, See 32 - See 295 for the Marine Engineering Management Program, See 273 for the Private Security and Protection Program)
