ZONGULDAK BÜLENT ECEVİT UNIVERSITY QUALITY POLICY

Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University has adopted the quality assurance system in order to achieve its strategic goals determined in relation to its mission, vision and core values. It aims to be an effective, efficient, competitive and entrepreneurial university at national and international levels, based on the qualitative and quantitative development of the institution's management system with quality-oriented education-training, research and development, regional/national prominent social contribution activities within the scope of national and international external evaluation criteria. Our University has adopted the national quality assurance system, which was created by adapting the international standards in quality assurance that started within the scope of the Bologna process including the improvements in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015-European Standards and Guidelines), to the Turkish Higher Education Council Institutional external evaluation criteria, and has combined it with our regional/national culture to create its own quality assurance system. Our University, which will carry out all its activities within its own quality assurance system in accordance with international standards and relevant legal legislation conditions, has adopted the "quality-oriented" management system, which adopts the principle of continuous improvement and sustainability based on regular monitoring, primarily with the satisfaction of our students and all stakeholders.

In this context, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University in all its activities;

In this context, our Quality Targets are as follows.

Academic, administrative staff and students should take an active role in quality assurance processes,

Preventing all kinds of discrimination in employment and the working environment,

Strictly adhering to the principle of “Everyone is equal before the law without distinction of language, race, color, gender, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect and similar reasons” in Article 10 of the Constitution,

Making the participation of external stakeholders in quality assurance processes a tradition.
