As the Department, we aim to provide maximum contribution to the orderly execution of the education-training process, to prepare and present the necessary information and documents to students, academic staff and all units and institutions we are in contact with in a timely and accurate manner, and to provide services by using information technologies at the highest level and caring about the satisfaction of our stakeholders. We are responsible and aware of the fact that all students who have earned the right to register to our university will receive services until they graduate, in an effective, fast and accurate manner, in accordance with ethical values, within the framework of the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.

To provide the highest quality service in the shortest time possible, using appropriate technology and methods within the framework of the law, so that all students studying at our university can have a trouble-free education life.

To be an exemplary and different unit throughout the country, providing information and document services in a safe and fast way with a cheerful expression, using constantly developing information and technologies; and prioritizing the satisfaction of students, faculty members and staff.
