SCOPE

Applications are made within the framework of the provisions of the “Inter-Institutional Horizontal Transfer of the Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Majors, Minors and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer”.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS AND APPLICATION PROCESS

A- QUOTA

B- CONDITIONS

1) The student must have taken all courses in the curriculum and passed all exams during the period of study at the institution he/she will leave, and must not have failed any courses.
2) For horizontal transfer between institutions, the student's general grade point average for the semesters he/she has completed in the program he/she is registered in must be at least 60 out of 100 or 2 out of 4.
3) If the number of applications exceeds the quota, the candidates will be ranked according to their placement scores and types for that year, and the candidates with the highest scores will be preferred. If the scores are equal, the candidate with the higher GPA will be accepted.
4) Those who transfer to programs that are taught entirely or partially in a foreign language and fail the foreign language proficiency exam or who cannot document that they have received a score at the level determined by the university from a nationally or internationally valid foreign language exam at the time of application will be subject to a one-year compulsory English Preparatory Program.
5) All documents requested by the institution must be provided in full during the application process.

C- REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

a) Transcript: Official document showing all courses taken by the applicant student from the institution he/she will leave, the grades he/she received from these courses and his/her overall grade point average (copies are not accepted).
b) Approved course contents (To be obtained from the higher education institution where the student is studying)
c) Document showing that he/she has not received any disciplinary punishment.
d) ÖSYS Result Document
e) Document showing that the program applied for meets the application conditions in the ÖSYS Guide (Guide Conditions: See 11 for the Faculty of Pharmacy, See 32 - See 295 for the Marine Engines Management Program, See 273 for the Private Security and Protection Program)
